Partnered Reflection (Coaching)

Industry-compliant non-directive coaching as governed by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. The first session will be used for Onboarding & Discovery. Each session thereafter will be focused on non-directive coaching. Learn more about coaching and methodology, here.

How it works:

  1. Book a free 30-minute consultation
  2. Answer pre-engagement questions in an Onboarding & Discovery conversation to discuss your values, mission and how you work and communicate
  3. Meet in either 30-minute or 60-minute sessions, typically every two weeks that help you explore your own ways of working and thinking to create a path that aligns with your values. The sessions are confidential and focused on the future.

Coaching sessions are sold in blocks of 6, which typically align with quarters of the year (i.e., 6 sessions in 3 months). The schedule can be adjusted to meet your needs and cadence.

Narrative 360° Reviews

A significantly more effective alternative to survey-based 360° review programs. Using a coach approach, the Client selects a set number of individuals to participate in the Narrative 360° review program as well as the intentional areas for development.

How it works:

  1. Meet with Acuity Leadership help you select areas for your own development
  2. Select key individuals to provide feedback
  3. Acuity Leadership will privately interview all of those key members
  4. Synthesize the feedback
  5. Use partnered reflection to help you determine how to improve

No surveys, no Likert scales, just pure, mindful direction from those who know you best.

Mock Interviews

Are you gearing up for the next big thing? Acuity Leadership will prepare you for that series of key interviews by asking grounded, behavioural-style interview questions that help you respond with conviction, clarity and confidence.

How it works:

  1. Meet with Acuity Leadership and describe the position(s) for which you are interviewing
  2. Acuity Leadership will research appropriate behavioural-style questions and;
  3. Host a set series of interviews with you to help hone your interviewing skills

These days, it’s incredibly challenging to get in touch with a real human during the interview process. Make sure you are fully prepared when you get your chance.
